How can I get help with my sample order?
If you get stuck or have a question, there are a number of ways to get in contact.
Web Chat is a simple to use tool giving you immediate access to one of our Laminex NZ Customer Service Representatives, who are ready to assist you. To access, simply visit Laminex.co.nz and click the 'Chat Online' icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

How do I activate my sample ordering account?
Before you place your first sample order, you will need to activate your account. Please visit store.laminex.co.nz and click on “Activate” in the upper right hand corner. Enter the email address you used when you signed up. Next, choose a password for your account and enter that into the “Password” field. Click “Activate Account”.
After clicking “Activate Account”, you'll receive an email asking you to verify your email address, click on the “Confirm My Account” link in this email and you're ready to log in and place your first sample order! For future orders, please go to https://laminex.co.nz and login to begin placing sample orders. This is also the best URL to use as if you wish to create a bookmark.
How do I order samples and brochures?
The first step for sample ordering is to login. By logging in you will be able to select larger sample sizes and will be able to order higher quantities of samples than are available to the general public.
Merchandising items such as full box sets, new books or display boards are not available on the website, and these should be ordered by contacting your Laminex Business Partner or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
To place a sample or brochure order, find the product you are interested in using the search button in the top right of your screen this pulls up a window allowing you to filter your search via a drop-down menu if required. Search for the product you wish to find, e.g. “Melteca Bayleaf” or “Caesarstone”.
You can also click on the “Browse products” link in the top centre of the screen which takes you to a page in the main website, and choose browse by Brand or Range.
When you find the product you are interested in click on the sample icon or the order a sample box.
Order a sample by clicking the icon on the upper righthand corner of the swatch.
The sample order popup will be displayed:
Select the finish and size or sample you are interested in. To select a brochure, click the tick box to see the available options. Enter the desired quantity and Add to basket. The requested items are added to your sample basket cart.
When you are happy with the content of your sample cart, click on Checkout to proceed. You will be asked to enter some project information, and to provide a phone number (mobile is preferred). Enter the shipping information e.g. you may wish to send samples directly to a client and can do so at this time.
Once you click on Submit order, you will receive the below message, where you can choose to download a copy of the order details submitted.
How do I view my sample order history?
Sample order history may be viewed from the dropdown arrow next to your user name:
A list of all sample orders placed in the previous 12 months will be displayed. Click on the magnifying glass icon to expand the order lines.
