Cyclone Gabrielle Laminex Impact Update – dispatch delays

Our hearts go out to our communities who have been impacted by Cyclone Gabrielle. See below for the latest updates on dispatch and delivery around the country.

We're pleased to announce that the Napier branch has power and the team are ready to receive your calls and enquires. Thanks for bearing with us while we got on our feet.

Deliveries are running between Napier and Hastings with some delays, please call the Napier team if you want to follow up or change an order.

Deliveries to Gisborne are via the Opotiki road, Gisborne customers will be supplied from the Tauranga and Hamilton branches, which the Napier team will arrange for you.

Deliveries into Whangarei and Northland have resumed with a 24 to 48 hour delays.

Our Auckland DC and our Hamilton and Taupo manufacturing plants are dispatching orders as normal to the areas that can receive them. Delays are expected for deliveries to the South Island due to ferry availability.

Make sure you’ve signed up for dispatch advice to be emailed when your order is dispatched from us. To sign up email csc@laminex.co.nz with your company name.

Samples delivery: Our samples are dispatched on NZ Couriers from West Auckland and are being sent out normally. However, NZ Couriers have delays in parts of their network - Click here to see the NZ Couriers Network Status Dashboard. Merchandising services have resumed in places where roading and transport are not affected. In areas where merchandisers cannot safely travel, we will look to rebook the merchandising call for another date.
