Our Pledges: Further enhancing our safety performance remains a key priority as we target our long-term goal of zero serious injuries and 100% of our sites being injury and work-related illness free.

We are prioritising building an inclusive culture and cultivating greater leadership diversity. As a demonstration of our commitment, we are aiming to achieve 30% female representation in leadership roles by Financial Year 2027.

These initiatives are ambitious, but we believe that as an industry leader, we can have a direct influence in addressing these gaps.
