Christmas Closure Hours

Melteca Board Manufacture and Supply:

• Monday 22nd December – Hamilton plant final dispatch

• Monday 19th January - Hamilton first dispatch

Lead times at the Melteca plant have extended over recent weeks, and our capacity is now full through to Christmas. To make sure you have the latest information, please check the estimated delivery date when ordering online and review your order confirmation.

Laminex Christchurch and Wellington Distribution Centres and Branches – Tauranga, Napier, Palmerston North, Nelson and Dunedin: 

• Thursday 18th December, 12pm - order cut off

• Friday 19th December - Final dispatch, DC and Branch closes

• Monday 12th January - full teams are back (skeleton crew available from 5th January to resume dispatch – excludes Nelson & Dunedin)

Auckland Distribution Centre and Customer Services:

• Tuesday 23rd December – DC closes (Auckland customers order by midday 22nd for delivery in Auckland on the 23rd December)

• Monday 12th January - full teams are back (skeleton crew available from 5th January to resume dispatch)

Samples and Merchandising:

• Sample Cutoff: Thursday 18th December 2025 (to receive before 25 Dec)

• Last Merchandising Calls: 12th December 2025

• Sample Dispatch Resumes: 12th January 2026

• Merchandising Resumes: 12th January 2026
