How to Enter

1. The promotion is “Be in to win a Utemaster Centurion Canopy and Roof Rack” (the Promotion). There are prizes, each valued at $8,915.00 plus GST, to be won – one in each of the North and South Islands.
2. Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion starts at 7am on Tuesday 01 August 2023 and continues until 5.00pm on Saturday 30 September 2023 (the Promotion Period).
4. The Promotion runs exclusively through ITM stores in New Zealand during the Promotion Period. You must have a current ITM trade account, and be over 18 years of age, to enter the Promotion.
5. Employees of the Promoter or related companies, agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
6. You will receive an entry into the Promotion each time you purchase any of the following qualifying Laminex New Zealand® structural flooring products: StrandfloorH3.1®, Strandfloor® or SuperPine® to the value of $500.00 or more , in a single transaction, using your ITM trade account during the Promotion Period (Eligible Purchase), and complete the steps outlined in point 7 below.
7. To enter, text the word CANOPY to 2245 using your mobile phone to receive one entry into the Prize draw. You will receive a confirmatory reply and will be promoted to provide your name, the name of the ITM store where you made the Eligible Purchase and either your invoice number or sales order number. All entries will be verified by ITM. Standard text charges will apply and will depend on your particular plan or agreement with your mobile services provider. Any form of automated text message is invalid.
8. All invoices relating to the Eligible Purchases must be paid for on or before the dates specified by the relevant ITM store, otherwise any entry from the relevant trade account will be invalid.
9. Only mobile handsets operating on a New Zealand mobile network that supports the use or function of texting to a short code or business marking code can interact with this Promotion. Any mobile numbers operating on networks outside of New Zealand will not be entered into the Promotion. Please check with your mobile network provider for any issues that are handset or mobile account related.

10. here are two prizes of a Utemaster Centurion Canopy™ and Roof Rack valued at $8,915.00 plus GST to be won (each a Prize). One for the North Island and one for the South Island. 11. Each Prize winner will be drawn on 9 October 2023 by random electronic selection from all valid entries. The first eligible entrant drawn, in each of the North and South Islands, will win the Prize. For winning entries, the only person entitled to claim a Prize is the entrant who owns the mobile account used to submit the winning text and who has a current ITM trade account.
12. Images of the Prize illustrated on any point-of-sale materials and social media images are not identical replicas of the Prize.
13. If any Prize element is unavailable, despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater cash value.
14. The Prize must not be sold, used, donated or given away as part of another promotion. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or lost and takes no responsibility for any entries not lodged correctly.
16. If you are selected as the winner, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to notify you by telephone or email within 5 days of the draw using your entry contact details. You must confirm your acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of being notified. If, for any reason, the Promoter is unable to make contact with you within that period, or you do not confirm your acceptance of the Prize in accordance by this deadline, then the Prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn in your place on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of an entrant, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
18. By entering the Promotion, you agree to the use of your name and image for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this Promotion, without compensation. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the entrants.
19. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the Promotion, including eligibility, the decision of the Promoter will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Any costs relating to the installation of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
21. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Personal information and Privacy

22. The telephone number from which the entry was made and your other personal information will be stored in the Promoter’s agency’s database. The entrant has a two-business-day period from the time of entry to request removal from the database. If no request is made it is deemed acceptance that the information can be used for future promotion and marketing purpose.
23. The Promoter may collect personal information for the purposes of conducting this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the Promoter disclosing your personal information to third party suppliers of the Prize (if you are the winner) to enable fulfilment of the Prize. The Promoter will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Statement at https://fletcherbuilding.com/privacy-statement. Entrants have the right of access to, and right to request correction of, their personal information.
